Bloons TD 2 online game is Ninja Kiwi’s 2007 sequel to the first Bloons Tower Defense, and it is still the version many people mean when they say the old Bloons game. It ran on Flash, so this Bloons TD 2 unblocked game uses a built-in Flash player that starts when you press the play button on the page. Fifty rounds of balloons walk a path, and you place monkeys to pop them before they reach the exit.
The second game brought three new maps, one per difficulty, and a medal for finishing each. The towers are the Dart Monkey, Tack Tower, Ice Ball, Cannon, Boomerang Monkey and the expensive Super Monkey, each with two upgrades, plus Road Spikes and Monkey Glue for emergencies on the track itself. Reds pop in one hit. By round 30 the path is a column of black and white bloons that shrug off bombs or freezing.
A good opening is two Dart Monkeys at a bend, then a Tack Tower where the path doubles back, saving for a Cannon before the first leads. The rest of the series is here too: the first Bloons TD if you want the 2007 original, and Bloons TD 3 for more maps.
Bloons TD 2 FAQ
How many rounds does Bloons TD 2 have?
50. The game ends in a win when the last bloon of round 50 pops, and you get a medal for the difficulty you played.
Which towers are new in Bloons TD 2?
The Boomerang Monkey, whose shots curve back through the bloons. Everything else carries over from the first game with the same two upgrades each.
Why can my cannon not pop black bloons in Bloons TD 2?
Black bloons are immune to explosions and white bloons are immune to freezing. Use darts, tacks or boomerangs on those, and keep the Cannon for leads.
Does Bloons TD 2 work without Flash?
Yes. The page bundles a Flash emulator, so it runs in any current browser; press the round play button once to start.
